Every certificate, or other instrument of title issued to or made in favour of
a corporation, aggregate or sole, shall be deemed to extend to and include the
successors of such corporation, and every such certificate or instrument of
title issued to or made in favour of any person shall be deemed to extend to
and include the legal representatives of such person.
