(1) The CE must, on
receiving a copy of a home detention order (and may after then from time to
time) assign the person to whom the order relates to a home detention officer.
(2) The CE must ensure
that the person is notified in writing of the name of the
home detention officer to whom the person has been assigned and, if necessary,
of the place and time at which the person must first report to that officer.
(3) It is the duty of
a home detention officer to endeavour to ensure that any person assigned to
the officer complies with the conditions of the order.
