(1) The Court may
order a party to proceedings under this Part to give security for the payment
of costs that may be awarded against the party if it appears to the Court that

to negotiate a settlement of a claim for provision.
(2) The security for
costs will be of such amount, and given at such time and in such manner and
form, as the Court directs.
