121—Court may fix periodic payment or lump sum
(1) The Court may at
any time fix a periodic payment, or lump sum, or a periodic payment and a lump
sum, to be paid by any person, to represent, or in commutation of, the
proportion of the sum ordered to be paid that falls on the portion of the
estate to which the person is entitled, and to exonerate that portion of the
estate from further liability.
(2) The Court may give
incidental directions as to the payment or investment of the lump sum or the
manner in which the periodic payments are to be made or secured.
