South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) In addition to its
other functions, a council must provide, or support the provision of,
immunisation programs for the protection of public health within its area.
(2) Services
associated with the provision of immunisation programs will be provided with
the support of the Department.
(3) The Minister must
take reasonable steps to enter into and maintain a memorandum of understanding
with the LGA about the provision of immunisation services and support under
this section.
