SOUTH AUSTRALIAN PORTS (DISPOSAL OF MARITIME ASSETS) ACT 2000 - SECT 36

36—Registration of transfer of land

        (1)         The Registrar-General must, on the application of a person to whom, or in whom, an interest in land is transferred or vested under this Act, register the transfer or vesting of the interest.

        (2)         An application under this section—

            (a)         must be accompanied by any documents or other materials required by the Registrar-General; and

            (b)         must be accompanied by a fee determined by the Registrar-General.
