37—Non-application of " " Parliamentary Committees Act 1991
If land is leased to a purchaser under a sale/lease agreement under this Act,
no work carried out by the purchaser in relation to that land is to be
considered a public work for the purposes of the Parliamentary Committees
Act 1991 unless—
(a) the
total amount to be applied for the construction of the work will, when all
stages of construction are complete, exceed $4 million; and
(b) the
whole or part of the cost is to be met from money provided or to be provided
by Parliament or a State instrumentality.
