(1) In any proceedings
for an offence, an apparently genuine document purporting to be signed by the
chief officer of an investigating agency certifying that specified action was
taken in connection with executing a specified warrant issued under this Act
will, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, be accepted as proof of the
matters so certified.
(2) In any proceedings
for an offence, an apparently genuine document purporting to be signed by the
chief officer of an investigating agency certifying that specified action was
taken in connection with the exercise of powers under a surveillance device
(emergency) authority granted under this Act will, in the absence of evidence
to the contrary, be accepted as proof of the matters so certified.
