(1) The Governor may
make such regulations as are contemplated by, or as are necessary or expedient
for the purposes of, this Act.
(2) Without limiting
the effect of subsection (1), the regulations may—
(a) make
provision relating to warrants, their form and proceedings in connection with
warrants; and
(b) make
provision relating to the control and management of information or material
derived from the use of surveillance devices, including access to and the
destruction of such information or material; and
(c) fix
fines, not exceeding $5 000, for offences against the regulations.
