SOUTH EASTERN WATER CONSERVATION AND DRAINAGE ACT 1992 - SECT 28

28—Power of Council to delegate

        (1)         The Council may, with the approval of the Minister, delegate any of its powers or functions under this Act to the Board.

        (2)         A delegation under this section—

            (a)         must be by instrument in writing; and

            (b)         may be absolute or conditional; and

            (c)         is revocable by the Council at will; and

            (d)         does not derogate from the power of the Council to act in any matter.
