South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) The Fund entitled
the Hospitals Fund established at the Treasury will continue in existence
under that name.
(2) The Hospitals Fund
may only be used for the provision, maintenance, development and improvement
of public hospitals and equipment for public hospitals by making payments as
approved by the Treasurer to the Consolidated Account to match amounts
appropriated by Parliament and paid from the Consolidated Account for those
purposes.
