South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) Subject to this
section, this Act applies to and in relation to—
(b) any
shop situated within a shopping district.
(2) This Act does not
apply to or in relation to—
(a) any
shop conducted at an agricultural or horticultural exhibition or show; or
(c) any
shop conducted for a period not exceeding one week, if the proceeds from sales
made from that shop are devoted to a charitable, religious or benevolent
purpose.
