SHOP TRADING HOURS ACT 1977 - SECT 7

7—Inspectors

        (1)         For the purposes of this Act the Minister may appoint as many Inspectors as appear necessary or desirable.

        (2)         Every Inspector will be furnished by the Minister with a certificate of appointment which the Inspector must produce on request.

        (3)         An appointment may be made subject to conditions specified in the instrument of appointment.

        (4)         The Minister may, at any time, revoke an appointment or vary, revoke or add a condition of an appointment.
