(1) There will be a
Registrar of the Board.
(2) The Registrar will
be appointed by the Minister on terms and conditions determined by the
Minister.
(3) The Registrar is
responsible for—
(a)
managing the staff and resources of the Board; and
(b)
giving effect to the policies and decisions of the Board.
