(1) There will be such
other staff of the Board as the Board thinks necessary for the proper
performance of its functions.
(2) An employee of the
Board is not a public service employee.
(3) The Board may,
under an arrangement established by the Minister administering an
administrative unit of the Public Service, make use of the services of staff
of that administrative unit.
