(1) A natural person
who holds an authority under the Act must, within 30 days of changing his or
her residential or business address, give the Minister written notice of the
person's new address.
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
Expiation fee: $315.
(2) A body corporate
that holds an authority under the Act must, within 30 days of changing its
registered address, give the Minister written notice of the body corporate's
new registered address.
Maximum penalty: $20 000.
Expiation fee: $750.
