For the purposes of section 90(2)(d) of the Act, notice of the seizure of a
device must be given by notice published in the Gazette within 28 days of the
seizure of the device containing—
(a) a
description of the device; and
(b) the
place where, and the date on which, it was seized; and
(c) the
place where it may be inspected for a period of 1 month following the date of
the notice.
