A permit under section 16(1)(c)(ii) of the Act may authorise a motor
vehicle to be driven on roads without registration in the following prescribed
circumstances:
(a) to
enable the vehicle to be driven in a street procession, motor club rally or
other similar activity;
(b) to
enable the vehicle to be moved to another location;
(c) to
enable the vehicle to be towed by another motor vehicle (other than a
towtruck);
(d) to
enable the vehicle to be driven for a limited number of short journeys.
