South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations84—Refund of part of licence fee on eligibility for reduced fee
If—
(a) a
driver's licence has been issued or renewed on payment of the licence fee
prescribed in clause 22(1)(c) of Schedule 1 Part 1; and
(b) the
holder of the licence becomes, at any time during the currency of the licence,
entitled to a reduction of the licence fee,
the Registrar may refund to the holder of the licence such part of the licence
fee as the Registrar thinks just in the circumstances.
