4—Application of Act to Minister

The following provisions of the Act apply to the Minister:

            (a)         Part 1 (Preliminary);

            (b)         section 24 (Formation of subsidiary by regulation);

            (c)         section 25 (Dissolution of subsidiary established by regulation);

            (d)         Schedule (Provisions applicable to subsidiaries).
