PUBLIC CORPORATIONS (SOUTHERN SELECT SUPER CORPORATION) REGULATIONS 2012 - REG 5

5—Establishment of subsidiary (section 24 of Act)

        (1)         Southern Select Super Corporation is established as a subsidiary of the Minister.

        (2)         The subsidiary—

            (a)         is a body corporate; and

            (b)         has perpetual succession and a common seal; and

            (c)         is capable of suing and being sued in its corporate name.
