CROSS-BORDER JUSTICE ACT 2009 (NO 18 OF 2009) - SECT 57

57—Interpretation

In this Subdivision—

"person", connected with a vehicle, means the person who—

            (a)         is suspected of having committed; or

            (b)         is alleged to have committed; or

            (c)         has been found guilty of,

the offence for which the vehicle may or is required to be impounded or confiscated.
