FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES ACT 2005 (NO 40 OF 2005) - SECT 136

136—False or misleading statements

A person must not, in furnishing information under this Act, make a statement that is false or misleading in a material particular.

Maximum penalty: $5 000.
