(1) The Chief Officer
may suspend from office an officer or firefighter against whom the
Chief Officer has made a complaint to the Disciplinary Committee.
(2) A person suspended
under subsection (1) will be suspended on full pay and the suspension
will not operate after the complaint has been finally determined by the
Committee or the District Court.
