FISHERIES MANAGEMENT ACT 2007 (NO 4 OF 2007) - SECT 51

51—Interpretation

In this Division—

"authority" means a licence, permit or registration;

"licence" means a fishery licence;

"permit" means a fishery permit;

"registration" means registration of any of the following:

            (a)         a boat;

            (b)         the master of a boat;

            (c)         a device.
