GAMING MACHINES (MISCELLANEOUS) AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO 28 OF 2010) - SECT 47

47—Amendment of section 73A—Sport and Recreation Fund

        (1)         Section 73A—delete "Minister for Industry and Trade" wherever occurring and substitute in each case:

prescribed Minister

        (2)         Section 73A(5)—delete "Department of Industry and Trade" and substitute:

administrative unit of the Public Service responsible to the prescribed Minister

        (3)         Section 73A—after subsection (6) insert:

        (7)         In this section—

"prescribed Minister" means the Minister responsible for the administration of the Recreational Greenways Act 2000 .
