INDUSTRIAL HEMP ACT 2017 (NO 15 OF 2017) - SECT 22

22—Offence to fail to comply with a requirement

A person must not, without lawful excuse, refuse or fail to comply with a requirement made of the person under this Act.

Maximum penalty: $15 000.
