INDUSTRIAL HEMP ACT 2017 (NO 15 OF 2017) - SECT 23

23—Interference with inspectors

A person must not obstruct, hinder, threaten or attempt to influence an inspector in the exercise of a power under this Act.

Maximum penalty: $15 000.
