Part—
"official insignia" means—
(a) a
design declared by the Minister to be a logo for the purposes of this Part; or
(b) the
name of a marine park proclaimed under this Act, whether appearing or used in
full or in an abbreviated form; or
(c) a
combination of a logo under paragraph (a) and a name.
(2) For the purposes
of this Part, goods will be taken to be marked with official insignia if the
insignia is affixed or annexed to, marked on, or incorporated in or
with—
(a) the
goods; or
(b) any
covering or container in which the goods are wholly or partly enclosed; or
(c)
anything placed in or attached to any such covering or container; or
(d)
anything that is attached to the goods or around which the goods are wrapped
or wound.
