(1) There will be such
other staff of the Board as the Board thinks necessary for the proper
performance of its functions.
(2) A member of the
staff of the Board is not, as such, a member of the Public Service, but the
Board may employ a person who is on leave from employment in the Public
Service or with an instrumentality or agency of the Crown.
(3) The Board may,
with the approval of the Minister administering an administrative unit of the
Public Service, make use of the services, facilities or officers of that unit.
