33—Illegal holding out as registered person
(1) A person must not
hold himself or herself out as a registered occupational therapy student or an
occupational therapist or permit another person to do so unless registered on
the appropriate register.
Maximum penalty: $50 000 or imprisonment for 6 months.
(2) A person must not
hold out another as a registered occupational therapy student or an
occupational therapist unless the other person is registered on the
appropriate register.
Maximum penalty: $50 000 or imprisonment for 6 months.
