69—Ministerial review of decisions relating to courses
(1) If the
Board—
(a)
refuses to approve a course of education or training for the purposes of this
Act; or
(b)
revokes an approval of a course of education or training under this Act,
the provider of the course may apply to the Minister for a review of that
decision.
(2) The Minister may,
after consultation with authorities considered appropriate by the Minister,
determine the application as the Minister thinks fit and, if the Minister
finds in favour of the applicant, grant or preserve the approval (as
appropriate).
