(1)
Section 15—after "any partner" insert:
in a firm other than a limited partnership or incorporated limited partnership
(2)
Section 15—after its current contents as amended by this section (now to
be designated as subsection (1)) insert:
(2) An admission or
representation made by any general partner in a limited partnership or
incorporated limited partnership concerning the partnership affairs, and in
the ordinary course of its business, is evidence against the firm.
