Section 16—after "any partner" insert:
in a firm other than a limited partnership or incorporated limited partnership
(2)
Section 16—after its current contents as amended by this section (now to
be designated as subsection (1)) insert:
(2) Notice to any
general partner in a limited partnership or incorporated limited partnership
who habitually acts in the partnership business of any matter relating to
partnership affairs operates as notice to the firm except in the case of a
fraud on the firm committed by or with the consent of that partner.
