PHARMACY PRACTICE ACT 2007 (NO 7 OF 2007) - SECT 8

8—Presiding member and deputy

The Minister must, after consultation with the Board, appoint a member who is a pharmacist (the "presiding member") to preside at meetings of the Board and another member who is a pharmacist (the "deputy presiding member ) to preside at meetings of the Board in the absence of the presiding member.
