STATUTES AMENDMENT AND REPEAL (FAIR TRADING) ACT 2009 (NO 39 OF 2009) - SECT 11

11—Amendment of section 3—Interpretation

        (1)         Section 3(1), definition of "consumer"—delete "not being" and substitute:

but does not include (other than in Part 10 Division 2A)

        (2)         Section 3(1)—after the definition of "goods" insert:

"Magistrates Court" means the Civil (Consumer and Business) Division of the Magistrates Court;

        (3)         Section 3(4)—delete subsection (4)
