STATUTES AMENDMENT (SMALL BUSINESS COMMISSION AND RETAIL AND COMMERCIAL LEASES) ACT 2024 (NO 65 OF 2024) - SECT 51

51—Amendment of section 3—Interpretation

        (1)         Section 3(1), definition of "related Act", (a)—delete "Small Business Commissioner" and substitute:

Small Business Commission

        (2)         Section 3(1)—after the definition of "related Act" insert:

"Small Business Commission" means the Small Business Commission established by section 3A of the Small Business Commission Act 2011
