SOUTH AUSTRALIAN PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 2011 (NO 21 OF 2011) - SECT 103

103—Protection from liability

        (1)         A failure by a designated authority to perform a function under this Act, or a breach of a duty imposed on a designated authority under this Act, does not give rise to any civil liability.

        (2)         In this section—

"designated authority" means—

            (a)         the Minister; or

            (b)         the Chief Public Health Officer; or

            (c)         a council; or

            (d)         SAPHC.
