STATUTES AMENDMENT (PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITIES) ACT 2011 (NO 11 OF 2011) - SECT 14

14—Amendment of section 21—Bill of sale may be extended, varied or corrected

        (1)         Section 21(1)—after "may be effected" insert:

before the registration commencement time

        (2)         Section 21—after subsection (3) insert:

        (4)         An extension of time, or any other variation, or any correction, of a bill of sale effected before the registration commencement time continues to have effect after that time.
