STATUTES AMENDMENT (PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITIES) ACT 2011 (NO 11 OF 2011) - SECT 35

35—Amendment of section 7—Cancellation of registration

        (1)         Section 7(1)—delete "The holder" and substitute:

Subject to this section, the holder

        (2)         Section 7—after subsection (1) insert:

        (1a)         An application under subsection (1) may not be made following the last business day before the registration commencement time.
