STATUTES AMENDMENT (PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITIES) ACT 2011 (NO 11 OF 2011) - SECT 34

34—Amendment of section 6—Change of particulars

        (1)         Section 6(1)—delete "The holder" and substitute:

Subject to subsection (1a), the holder

        (2)         Section 6—after subsection (1) insert:

        (1a)         An application under subsection (1) may not be made following the last business day before the registration commencement time.
