13—Amendment of section 54—Sale of land for non-payment of charges

Section 54(10)—delete "as unclaimed money under the Unclaimed Moneys Act 1891

" and substitute:

in accordance with section 6 of the Unclaimed Money Act 2021

as money the owner of which cannot be found
