14—Amendment of section 18D—Power to sell land

Section 18D(11)—delete "as unclaimed money under the Unclaimed Moneys Act 1891

" and substitute:

in accordance with section 6 of the Unclaimed Money Act 2021

as money the owner of which cannot be found

Part 13—Repeal of Unclaimed Moneys Act 1891
