, the Minister has certified that, in the Minister's opinion, it is necessary or appropriate that these regulations come into operation as set out in these regulations.
Made by the Governor
being satisfied that the amendments made by these regulations correspond, or
substantially correspond, to amendments made by the Parliament of Victoria to
the Education and Care Services National Law set out in the Schedule to
the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 of Victoria and
that such amendments should be made to the Education and Care Services
National Law (South Australia) and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council
on 29 June 2023
