22—Records of purchase or acquisition
(1) It is a condition
of a permit authorising the purchase or acquisition of a
security sensitive substance that the holder of the permit must ensure that
records are kept in accordance with this regulation and retained for a period
of at least 5 years.
(2) A record must be
kept of each purchase or acquisition of a security sensitive substance
including at least the following information:
(a) the
permit number of the person from whom the security sensitive substance is
purchased or acquired;
(b) the
date of the purchase or acquisition;
(c) the
type and amount of security sensitive substance purchased or acquired;
(d) a
brief description of the purpose for which the security sensitive substance is
purchased or acquired;
(e) the
number of any licence or permit under which the security sensitive substance
is to be dealt with following purchase or acquisition.
