(1) The Minister may, by notice in writing served on a person who has given notice in accordance with this Subdivision, require the person to supply such additional information as the Minister thinks fit.
(2) A person on whom notice is served under subregulation (1)
must comply with the notice within 28 days, or such longer period as the Minister may approve, of service of the notice.
Maximum penalty: $10 000.
Expiation fee: $500.
