WILDERNESS PROTECTION REGULATIONS 2006 (NO 200 OF 2006) - REG 26

26—Scientific research

A person must not, without the permission of the Director, enter a wilderness protection area or wilderness protection zone for the purpose of carrying out scientific research in the area or zone.

Maximum penalty: $1 250.

Expiation fee: $100.
