In this Part—
(a) a
reference to "occupier of a position of authority" includes a reference to a
person who is not but who was, at the relevant time, the
occupier of a position of authority;
(b) a
reference to "physiotherapy services provider" includes a reference to a
person who is not but who was, at the relevant time, a
physiotherapy services provider;
(c) a
reference to "registered person" includes a reference to a person who is not
but who was, at the relevant time, a registered person under this Act or the
repealed Act.
