PHYSIOTHERAPY PRACTICE ACT 2005 - SECT 9

9—Presiding member and deputy

The Minister must, after consultation with the Board, appoint a member who is a physiotherapist (the "presiding member") to preside at meetings of the Board and another member who is a physiotherapist (the "deputy presiding member ) to preside at meetings of the Board in the absence of the presiding member.
