This legislation has been repealed.
14—Business may be carried on by unlicensed person in certain
circumstances
If a person carrying on business as a travel agent authorised by a licence
dies, the personal representative of the deceased, or some other person
approved by the Commissioner—
(a) will
be taken to have been licensed (on the same conditions as were applicable to
the former licence) as from the date of death of the agent until the
expiration of six months from that date or until such later date as may be
fixed by the Commissioner; and
(b) will
be taken to have been admitted to membership of the compensation scheme on the
date of death of the agent.
